Our Missionaries

Amy Mansfield - Children’s Ministry Specialist, Director of CYIA

Amy started with CEF of MA as a teenager in Christian Youth in Action (CYIA) and now directs CYIA.   She hails from Fitchburg and is the mother of 3 that she homeschools. She and her family attend Merrimack Valley Baptist Church. Amy has been employed as a part time missionary with CEF of MA for almost 4 years, though she volunteered previously. Amy completed Children’s Ministry Institute training with CEF in 2003.  She is qualified as an Instructor of Teachers (IOT) for CEF.  She loves teaching children from the Bible and training others to do so, too.  She can be found with a group of teens teaching them how to share the Gospel with the Wordless Book, running an online Super Seminar to train Sunday School teachers, or speaking to a group to promote CEF of MA.  Please pray for her in the directing of CYIA June 21 – 30 at Camp Marion, Marion, MA.

Jessica Gagnon - Administrative Assistant

Jessica has been a part time employee at CEF of MA for about 2 years, after having attended CYIA and teaching 5 Day Clubs.  In fact, she will be helping at CYIA this June and is currently scheduling 5 Day Clubs for the summer. She is the engine that keeps our State Board on track.  She designs brochures, prints, and mails our newsletters and training packets, and manages our office.  Jessica attends Grace Baptist Church in Pepperell. Please pray for Jess with a heavy workload in preparation for our summer ministry.

Emma Fagerlund - Summer Intern

Emma is graduating from High School this year.  She has attended CYIA for 5 years and this will be her 6th year teaching 5 Day Clubs. This past February she accompanied a CEF team to Antigua and Montserrat to teach clubs in schools. Just ask her about how God worked in and through her. She will assist Amy in CYIA and teach 5 Day Clubs this summer. She attends Grace Baptist Church in Pepperell. Emma is raising her support for this summer. Pray for her as she is determining her next step after summer.
